You agree to indemnify and hold Misronet harmless from any claim or demand,
including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising
out of Content you submit, post, transmit or otherwise make available through
Misronet Online Auctions, your use of the Service, your connection to the
Service, your violation any rights of any other contractor, supplier of construction equipments or individual.
You expressly understand and agree that Misronet shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special consequential or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intingible losses(even if Misronet has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resuling from:
- The use or the inability to use the service;
- The cost of procurement of substitute goods resulting from any goods, data, information purchased or obtained through the service.nbsp;
- Statements or conduct of any third party on the service.OR
- Any other matter relating to the service.
The service is currently targeting construction management contractors and individuals
selling and buying items of interest to the construction industry. Any
submission of irrelevant item may result in deletion of your account.
By registration you are deemed to have read and agreed the terms of service
